Strengths

The following statements will tell you why Cam Graeber has the ability to provide you with all of your real estate needs. Everyone has strengths; very few know what they are. Cam understands that the implementation of her strengths will get her clients what they want and therefore get her what she wants; impressed clients who will have given her their trust, their business, their loyalty and referrals of family, friends and associates. The recognition of personal and unique strengths was derived by taking assessment tests originated by Donald O. Clifton, Chair of the Gallup International Research & Education Center and Marcus Buckingham, Senior Vice President of the Gallup Organization.

Woo: It is important to understand that this stands for "winning others over". Cam is constantly meeting new people and enjoys finding out what it is about them that attracts her to them; everyone is interesting. Her Clients feel at ease with her as she finds the common ground between people. This is a benefit to her negotiation skill as Cam can easily bring both sides of the transaction together. She creates an environment wherein everyone involved understands that there is one common goal with Cam and that is to make everyone's goals a realty.

A predominant strength is that of Relator. Cam's innate ability to understand you; what your goal, dream, feelings and fears are to obtain the sale of your home or the purchase of a new home or your investment property. She will genuinely take care of you because it matters to Cam what you think of her. Self-Assured: At the age of five, Cam recalls making decisions on her own that exhibited confidence, clarity of purpose and the determination to follow through on her commitment. When decisions are needed she quickly assesses the situation and makes the right decision. This is part of who she is; it's also a part of her job. The relationship between client and Cam, is vital in guiding the multitude of variables in making the right decision for obtaining the ultimate results for her clients. The strength of being Positive. Cam is grateful that this is another innate characteristic for her. This strength works for her clients in going through a typically stressful event with a constant "can do" attitude and the perspective that there is always something good to focus on. The Activator: Tied in with Cam's other strengths, this is the one that gets things done. She learns about her clients' needs and desires and jumps into action for them. She is driven to find the Buyer for her Sellers and secure the next home or investment property for her Buyers. She'll assess the information her clients share with her, use the tools available in the real estate industry, work with the other Realtors or sales agents, escrow officers, lenders, her team of inspectors, repair people, painters, sources for just about everything and stay on top of what is taking place and what is supposed to be taken care of.
